Das habe ich mir mal genauer angesehen.<\/p>\n<p align=left><a href=\"http:\/\/www.cypherpunks.ca\/otr\/\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.burks.de\/burksblog\/pix\/2009\/10\/021009_0gr.jpg\" alt=\"OTR\" border=\"0\" hspace=\"0\" vspace=\"0\" width=\"480\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p align=left><i>Off-the-Record (OTR) Messaging allows you to have private conversations over instant messaging by providing:<br \/>\nEncryption: No one else can read your instant messages.<br \/>\nAuthentication: You are assured the correspondent is who you think it is.<br \/>\nDeniability: The messages you send do not have digital signatures that are checkable by a third party. Anyone can forge messages after a conversation to make them look like they came from you. However, during a conversation, your correspondent is assured the messages he sees are authentic and unmodified.<br \/>\nPerfect forward secrecy: If you lose control of your private keys, no previous conversation is compromised.<\/i><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.burks.de\/burksblog\/pix\/2009\/10\/021009_2gr.jpg\" alt=\"OTR\" border=\"0\" hspace=\"0\" vspace=\"0\" width=\"480\" \/><\/p>\n<p align=left>Das habe ich sofort ausprobiert. Im <a href=\"https:\/\/www.privacyfoundation.de\/forum\/\">Forum<\/a> der German Privacy Foundation schrieb jemand: &#8222;OTR ist f\u00fcr Instant-Messaging das, was OpenPGP f\u00fcr E-Mails ist. Unter Ubuntu (was f\u00fcr Dich interessant sein d\u00fcrfte) installiert man das Pidgin-OTR-PlugIn, ist bereits alles vorhanden. (Man kann auch OpenPGP f\u00fcr Instant-Messaging nutzen, aber OTR ist wahrscheinlich weiter verbreitet.)&#8220;<\/p>\n<p>Und: &#8222;Auch das OTR-PlugIn ist schon unter <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ubuntulinux.org\/\">Ubuntu<\/a> mit dabei. Wenn <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cypherpunks.ca\/otr\/README-pidgin-otr-3.2.0.txt\">Pidgin<\/a> gestartet ist, findest Du es bei Werkzeuge\/Plugins. Auf den OTR-PlugIn-Eintrag den Haken setzen und dann &#8222;Plugin konfigurieren&#8220; w\u00e4hlen. Jetzt nur noch f\u00fcr das entsprechenden Netzwerk den Schl\u00fcssel &#8222;Generieren&#8220;.
