The Bradley forensics and Snowden advice suggests <a HREF=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/search?q=pgp+key+servers&amp;ie=utf-8&amp;oe=utf-8&amp;aq=t&amp;rls=org.mozilla:en-US:official&amp;client=firefox-a\">PGP key servers<\/a> could be used to establish connections among parties, the so-called <a HREF=\"http:\/\/www.businessinsider.com\/this-mit-project-lets-you-spy-on-your-own-email-metadata-just-like-the-nsa-2013-7\">metadata<\/a> official, commercial and NGO spies siphon, store and mine.
